Nita Singh Kaushal teaches leadership and negotiation courses at the Stanford School of Engineering and Stanford Continuing Studies, where she also serves as Business and Technology Curriculum Director. In this role, she leads the development of the business and technology course portfolio and collaborates with instructors and industry leaders to design programs for professionals navigating complex, rapidly evolving fields.

She is the Founder and Principal of NSK Leadership LLC, where she partners with technology, product, and business teams to strengthen leadership capabilities and drive meaningful results. She is also the Founder of Miss CEO, an organization that has empowered more than 250,000 students worldwide through leadership training, mentorship, and career exploration.

Nita previously held senior product management, engineering, and operations roles at Yahoo! and Intel. She graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. She has served on the Stanford Women’s Community Center Advisory Board and led Yahoo! Women in Tech, a 500+ member organization advancing women in technical and executive roles.
