We look forward to welcoming you on May 13. Please review the parking instructions below carefully — parking has changed this year and requires advance registration to avoid a citation.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available near Bing Concert Hall.
327 Lasuen St., Stanford, CA 94305
Parking is available along:
- Museum Way (between Palm Drive and Lasuen Street)
- Roth Way (between Palm Drive and Lasuen Street)
- Lasuen Street (between Museum Way and Palm Drive)
Please do not park in previous conference parking locations, as those areas are not reserved and may result in a citation.
Getting to the Venue
- Walking: Approximately 10 minutes (see map below). Signage will direct you to the venue.
- Shuttle: Complimentary golf cart shuttle will run continuously (look for “COCG Shuttle Stop” in front of Bing Concert Hall)

Business casual attire is recommended.
Meals & Reception:
Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided throughout the day.
Please join us for a reception from 4:15 – 5:00 p.m.
