Emma Welch is a Senior Planned Giving Specialist at the California Community Foundation, where she helps donors identify the right charitable vehicles for their philanthropic goals and collaborates with professional advisors to develop tailored giving strategies. She also supports legacy planning for existing donors and guides advisors through the full range of estate planning options available at the Foundation. Emma holds a degree in Public Policy from Duke University, a JD from Loyola Law School, and is a Certified Specialist in Planned Giving (CSPG) through the American Institute for Philanthropic Studies. A Los Angeles resident for 10 years, she is passionate about giving back to the community through her work at CCF.
